Please bring a mat, a large towel or blanket and dress in layers during the cold season. We are committed to practicing in all conditions. Feel free to bundle up in ski or winter gear. Personal tip: Smart wool socks and gloves as well as a beanie help keep the extremities warm until the core has warmed up. This is an adventure that can ignite the senses.
