ABOUT ME

Inner Strength and Bliss

Hello! I am a Yoga Instructor based in Colorado. I am certified in Vinyasa and Yin Yoga styles with additional certifications in trauma-informed yoga as well as yoga for children and teens (RCYT). Since 2000, I have tapped into the world of yoga and continue to find joy, health and community through it.  I have learned that yoga is a deeply personal practice that can empower individuals to see tremendous positivity and vitality in their lives at any life stage and through many challenges. Sharing yoga as a mindfulness-based and research-informed practice for stress relief, physical and mental health support, and as a journey of self-discovery allows me to give back a small amount of all yoga continues to give me. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I hope to hear from you soon! YOGA EXPERIENCES

Designed for you and available as in-person studio class (Niwot, CO) for all levels of yoga experience or as privately held class. Outdoor options and private sessions are also available.

 What to bring to class: A yoga mat, a blanket or large towel for support, and a water bottle. Blocks and straps are optional and will be used at times.  I have extras available for you to use.

MINDFUL  MOTION

Practice and Reinvigorate

This class is vin-yin inspired and provides a complete yoga experience for all levels. Ease and effort, motion and stillness all complement each other as you explore the layers of the mental and physical benefits of yoga.

ALIGNMENT & FLEXIBILITY

Surrender to Your Mat

This class guides and supports you to get deeper into your personal practice. The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. No two bodies are the same and neither are our own over time. This is a great class for new and returning yogis who want to visit form and alignment in some of the most common poses from Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga traditions.

In 2022 this class is offered as a private class for 2-4 people as an indoor or

outdoor session. 1-3 class bundles are available. Ask for details!

GENTLE PRACTICE

Relax and Renew

This class is yin-inspired and a slow-down from the stress and speed of day-to-day life. Described by many as a work-in AND a workout, it complements the vinyasa-inspired classes. Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and relax into a soothing sequence that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.
