Surprising side effects of adopting a regular yoga routine

"So how many times a week should I go yoga?" I seem to answer that question many times throughout the week and to be honest, the answer I give varies greatly (even though my heart wants to say "daily"). It depends on what you are hoping to get out of your yoga practice. Would you like to work on strength and flexibility? Cross-train? Add variety to a stale work-out routine? Increase your balance or just find peace and quiet on the mat? I don't think there is one perfect answer here. BUT I do hope you explore the many different types of yoga you can practice and you might just find some surprises along the way that will answer your question of how much yoga is right for you . . .Namaste.
