This will be a short blog! I hope to see you on the mat during the weekly Tuesday morning practice from 9-10 a.m. starting October 4th. All are welcome and please see the "Mindful Motion class description for details. Maybe this is a return to your practice or a new adventure. Either way, if we approach our time on the mat with a beginner's mind, we may just find the joy and passion to move and explore our practice with new eyes. I am so grateful for the opportunity to continue building community, finding ways to support you and celebrate yoga, health and wellness with all of you. See you soon on the mat!
